Step 1

Navigate to Account Center

Step 2

Click "Download your information".

Step 3

Click "Request a download"

Step 4

Select your Account and Click "Next"

Step 5

Click "Select types of information".

Step 6

Click the "Followers and following" field and Click "Next"

Step 7

Select "All time" in Date Range field

Step 8

Select JSON in Format field

Step 9

Click "Submit request"

Step 10

Wait until finish Download request and Click "Download"

Step 11

Unzip the Downloaded zip file

Step 12

Upload JSON files to relevant input fields
